SUPERFLEX is now accepting applications for the next internship period, January-June 2019. The deadline for the applications is Monday 12th November.
As an intern you will get plenty of opportunities to work on varied projects. SUPERFLEX works within film, painting, sculpture, installations, projects for galleries, museums and public spaces in Denmark and abroad. Depending on your skills and areas of interest you will take part in and be responsible for projects while hopefully learning something new.
We are looking for interns within:
• Project Coordination
• Communication
• Architecture
• Design
• Production
• Social Media
As a project coordination/communication intern, work tasks could be:
•Coordinating tasks associated with exhibitions and projects; experience in coordination will be valued.
•Contact with national and international partners.
•Research related to exhibitions and projects.
•Research and coordination of production.
•Text production in Danish and English as well as proofreading.
•Assisting in the development of work in the studio.
•Assisting in the management of the social media platforms.
As an architecture/design intern, work tasks could be:
•2D/3D design, rendering and experiments.
•Technical renderings and drawings.
•Concept development and research for projects.
•Producing project presentations.
•Producing Models
•Good knowledge of the Adobe Package (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign) and Rhinoceros will be highly valued.
•Experience with production will be valued.
We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and can handle deadlines and work independently as well as collaboratively. Core to all positions is that you have a keen interest in contemporary art, architecture or design. Bonus if you have previous experience with similar projects in the cultural sector.
Please note that we do not offer shorter internships or internships that start/end outside of the designated periods. All internships are also on a voluntary basis and without pay.
