Nordisk Panorama Film Festival is an annual film festival held in Malmö for short and documentary films by filmmakers from the Nordic countries. To create the best festival possible we’re looking for some interns to fill the following positions:
Festival interns – planning and producing the festival
Communication interns – working with text production and editing, photography/video, graphic design and web/app/social media publishing
Guest interns – welcoming our community of 900+ film professionals
Whether you will be working closely with the communication or the planning of the festival, the internship will include creating the best experience possible for our audience as well as industry professionals.
As part of our intern team you will assist our Managers and Coordinators in the day to day work, giving you a 360 perspective of what it takes to build a film festival, as well as insight into the film industry.
You’ll be part of a team with high ambitions and an informal and collaborative atmosphere. The film festival includes events and experiences engaging the audience: seminars and Q&As with directors and producers around films, innovative experiences and much more.
The festival programme is brand new every year, and your creative input is important in the development of events as well as their execution. If you’re a quick learner, able to juggle different tasks, and have an eye for details, you’ll fit right into our team.
The 29th edition of Nordisk Panorama film festival is held in Malmö September 20-25, 2018. The festival also includes a co-financing forum and a film market for the Nordic and international film industry. The festival intern positions are based at the festival office in Malmö. The intern positions are unpaid, but we promise you challenging tasks, team support and a guaranteed steep learning curve. We’re looking for interns in the period June – October, but we’re flexible with the duration and time frame of the internships.
If you’re interested, contact us and we’ll tell you more: Send a one pager with motivation, availability and a short description of your skills and main interest to firstname.lastname@example.org, including information on the internship programme you’re part of.
Last day for application 14 May. We will call for interviews continuously.
